Alebiosu said the focus of the memorial lecture: 'education as the bedrock of national development' "I will try to situate such a bedrock using Ronik as a citadel example." Furthermore,  Nigeria's national development revolves around the goals and objectives of the school as  enunciated in the National Policy on Education which include:free and democratic society, just and egalitarian society, great and dynamic economy and a land full of bright opportunities for all citizens. A close look at the above shows that the Ronik conglomerate has aligned with the federal government to realize the goals and objectives of national development.

Ronik International Schools has been a platform where Nigerian children have acquired their early experiences of life. The mission statement holds that the school is committed to quality training with emphasis on the 3R's with a view to achieving physical, mental, and moral development of the children.
