Your election is a testament to your hard work, dedication and commitment to serving the people of Edo state and Nigeria at large and we are confident that you will continue to serve with distinction in your new role as you did as a two term governor of Edo state, as President of Nigeria labour union and as the National Chairman of all progressive Congress, APC.
As you take up your seat in the Senate today, know that you have the trust and support of millions of Nigerians, especially your constituents who are looking to you to represent their interests and advance the common good. We believe that you will use your voice and your vote to promote transparency, accountability, and good governance, and to work towards the betterment of our great nation.
