The Measurements and Survey of Ebonyi-Benue Link Road has Commenced-Senator Nwebonyi

The Senator representing Ebonyi North Senatorial district and Deputy Chairman, Senate Committee on Public Accounts, Distinguished Senator Onyekachi Nwebonyi said that the measurement and survey of Ebonyi-Benue link road has already commenced.

The Distinguished Senator made the revelation earlier today, August 29, 2023  when he accompanied the President of the 10th Senate, His Excellency, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio on official visit to Uyo, the Akwaibom state capital.

On the sideline, while granting  interview with Pressmen, Senator Nwebonyi eulogized the leadership qualities of the Senate President describing him as a unifier and bridge builder. The Federal Lawmaker seized the opportunity to further reassure his constituents of robust legislation and quality representing. He noted that his connection with top brass of the National Assembly and top officials of the Federal Executive Council has started paying off.

" Gentlemen of the Press, as I speak with you, a team from the Federal Ministry of Works is already in Ebonyi state. They have commenced the measurements and survey of Ebonyi-Benue link road. I want to assure you that immediately after this process, the actual project will start."

The Distinguished Senator who praised President Tinubu's resolute commitment towards the actualization of the Renewed Hope Agenda assured Nigerians that the initial difficulties being experienced because of the removal of fuel subsidy will soon pave way for unbridled prosperity. 

Senator Nwebonyi who is waiting to be confirmed as the Deputy Chief Whip of the 10th Senate when Plenary resumes after their recess eulogized the  sagacity and political will of the Secretary to the Federal Government, His Excellency, Senator George Akume in making good his promise to him that work would soon commence on the Ebonyi-Benue link road.

The vibrant Senator reiterated his avowed commitment towards rewriting the ugly narratives of his constituency while pledging to attract more Federal projects to the zone.
